Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy (ITEC Level 4)
Pre and Post Natal Massage
Aromatherapy diploma
Aromatouch Technique Treatment (DoTERRA)

Colleen is a qualified sports massage therapist and complementary therapist based in Dorking with her own company, Holmwood Massage. Whilst her practice is primarily sports massage and deep tissue work she has always been interested in complementary therapies including aromatherapy, and has found that the combination of using therapeutic grade essential oil has enhanced both client experience and results.

Colleen later started a sister company educating people about using essential oils and natural products for wellness, in the home and within their own therapy business.
From this came the idea to combine Yoga classes with essential oils (AromaYoga) to not just benefit the mind during the practice but to aid the physical side of the Yoga too.
Essential oils can support the respiratory system during Pranayama, they can support muscles during the Yoga flows and aid deeper relaxation during the meditations.
The two practices work so well together creating a unique and beneficial class for beginners to more advanced students looking for something different!
